Active accounts: Data retained while your account exists
We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion, most data is deleted within 30 days, with backups purged within 90 days. Some data may be kept longer for legal or operational requirements. Analytics data is retained only as long as necessary for service improvement.

California users have CCPA rights including knowing what data we collect and requesting deletion.
We don't sell your data.
7. Children’s Privacy
ClaraFlow is for users 13+. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. Users 13-18 need parental consent. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 13, we'll delete it immediately.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use means you accept the changes.
9. International Transfers
Some service providers may process your data outside the UK/EU. We only use reputable providers with appropriate data protection measures in place.
